Our delicious and healthy dinner this evening. ^
I'm still feeling incredibly motivated for healthy eating and keeping within my calorie range. I've been on track with my eating for 6 weeks as of yesterday. However, I'm struggling with keeping up with my work outs. I've been working out for 3 weeks today and the last few days I've had a hard time making myself do it (and skipped a few times). I think I might have to switch up some of my workouts to lower intensity activities for longer periods of time since I seem to enjoy those more, so that I'm not constantly dreading those short high intensity workouts and tempted to skip them.
But overall, I'm still really happy with my progress. Since I started on this fitness path 6 weeks ago, I've lost 5 pounds. My clothes fit much better and my husband is in complete awe at the difference 5 lbs has made. :) That part, I love.
