I am in week 2 of the Rockin Body workout by Shaun T and it is kickin my booty!
This week is easier because I am learning the steps- not because the work out is getting easier. But yesterday on the schedule was Rock it Out which turns out to 45 min of PURE circuit training
It was crazy. I started with my 5lb weights and then moved down to 3lbs and then during some parts I just dropped them
. But I did not stop
Like Shaun T says " This is your stage and this is your party!"
This is my new motto cause this journey, this is my new life! This is my stage and I am sure having a party with every workout, meal, and moment I try to embrace it. Whether I am eating grilled chicken or fried from Popyees - this is my stage and this my party and I am LIVING it!
