Hope everyone is having a great day. Hubby has lost 10 points and my number on the scale bumped up this morning. UGH.... I love his support but it seems to melt off him and be a struggle for me. Hoping it was a fluke of too much sodium or not enough movement but I'll be keeping an eye on it and being even more vigilant. I'm preparing to head to bed early so I'm blogging early in hopes that the lights will be out sooner than later. Gave blood today. Last time I did that was in January. Was really good about taking my vitamin so I could give blood. Hit me as funny that I will eat breakfast and take my vitamin to give blood but don't take time out on a regular day to do it. I need to change my way of thinking. I need to keep me and my health as a priority. Well, I've got some work to do and then it's off to bed for me :)

You are a woman and DH is a man, so do not compare weights,
kiddo ! You have done it before and you can do it now by
just sticking to your guns....you are so lucky to have such
support from your whole family ! emoticon emoticon emoticon

NO two metabolisms are exactly alike there, Snowflake. You're doing just fine, and you will see the results you desire by keeping the trend religiously. Keep the faith, stay on track and you shall prevail! WOO HOO!

You are an inspiration!

Just remember to congratulate yourself for every GOOD decision you make! Don't worry about the scale or your hubby's weight! Just pat yourself on the back every time you stick to a goal, resist a temptation, or get your body moving. Make one good decision at a time and they'll add up!

Don't men just burn you up with their ease of losing weight. Know that is not true of all of them, but a lot of them it comes off easy. Keep on track and don't compare yourself to him you will be fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!
