Trying to determine if cravings last week were related to PMS, Protein Shakes, or both! Hmm... Guess I'll have to experiment this week with a protein shake for breakfast and see if I end up having cravings for the rest of the day... But not today! Breakfast was beef with peppers and cucumbers....
There are only 4 sugars in the shake - but as a Paleo, to me they taste every bit as sweet as a fast food milk shake!
Any other people out there who try to avoid sugar/sweetners find the "sweet" taste of protein meal replacement shakes throw you into cravings?
