Day 2

Today I begin day 2 and I'm feeling a bit more at ease with the transition into a better mindset. I find that reading articles about motivation are certainly helping me to move forward and hopefully do well for the first week. Small changes I have implemented are keeping a measured water container available to help me stay focused on what I should be drinking per day. Having it be prepared ahead makes it easier to follow. I also have been tracking food choices as best I can. Exorcise is also finding its way back into my daily routine as well. Cheers to a good day ahead:)

I am only a month into this, and it has gotten easier. The tracking of food and exercise, the whole being accountable at the end of the day, have really helped me to stay on track.
