I was trying on my swim suit for a trip this weekend and I used a mirror to check out my back. And those creases around my mid-back, I dont want to call them rolls, but I suppose they are, are gone! Thanks to Jillian Michaels and to me, for stocking up on yummy, healthy food, I left those bad boys on my living room floor.

Also, one pound away from my goal of minus 20. Probably this close for the 5th time, but this time I know I will do it because Im not just seeing the number change, Im seeing my body change.

    Those creases are pretty much my number one metric for how effectively I'm losing fat...I don't know why it all gets stored there and in my stomach!
