One of my biggest set backs

Tuesday, July 17, 2012

Is that I tend to be able to go on little to no sleep. I have a hard time being able to just sleep for the amount of time that I need. Instead, I either have to take medicine to help me go to AND stay alseep or I have to literally MAKE my self sleep. I know that in order to keep up the progress that I have been making and get the rest of the weight off, that I need to get the right amount of sleep at night. I am hoping that one day I will be able to go to sleep without the help of something and be able to stay asleep. Not wake up a few hours later!!

Thank you ladies. I will look at the article and try the warm bath before bed. Hopefully I will be able to fall asleep with ease!!

I know it is hard, that is exactly that happens to me every Sunday or when I come back from vacation.

One of my solutions is, do pilates, take a warm shower, turn the light off and go to bed immediately. Meaning no letting anyone to not even to turn on the tv,total silence inside the bedroom.

In case you haven't explored and found this. There is a helpful article on insomnia in the Health Articles A to Z (obviously in the I section).

I have horrible ringing in my ears....some nights I can ignore it...others it about drives me crazy and I can't get to sleep for anything because that is all I think about.

Good luck emoticon
