Week 2 Surprises : )

Well, i haven't blogged in a few days but I have a lot to blog about. Ok, so last Friday I my in-laws came in town for the weekend. with the visitors in my spear room I did have the time nor the space to do my daily workout. I also had my first"fast food break" in 2 week. I had a craving for a roast beef sandwich from Arby's so I did my research and ordered the Jr. version and instead of fries ordered a salad ( less than 400 calories : ) But the good thing about this weekend is that my sister-in-law show me lots of new low fat cooking techniques and fat free alternatives. During the week I did stay within my caloric daily caloric intact but with all the inactivity I just knew that my weigh in wasn't gonna be looking to good. So when I got on the scale I was shocked to see that I had loss 3 pounds!!!!!!!! I was like OMG this can't be right. But it was. So in 2 weeks I have a total of a 5lb weight lose. This is truly motivating. I am inspired to work a little hard to keep up the weight lose and meet my goal. Wish me luck : )

    Oh Yeah! Congrats, that's why doctor oz say.... Fat-urdays are good. 1 day out of the week is welcome to eat some free eating, and you stayed in a good range, so yeah! That was great. Keep on sparking honey... emoticon
