You've had quite the day! Lazy coffee and a book (Fifty Shades #2) while DD was at summer school, nice big breakfast with the family, hard-core TKD workout with the gloves on, tutoring session, new Spark recipe for dinner...
You've stayed within your calorie and nutritional ranges, hitting a bullseye on each one, even planning a 150-calorie snack for later this evening when the hunger hits.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT binge tonight. Eat your snack, make some tea, and get over yourself. If you had to fast for 12 hours for a doctor's appointment, you could do it. Therefore, you can certainly handle 9 or 10 hours sans food. (It's called sleep!)
Grrr.... You WILL NOT give in!!
