IDEA - Day 28: I think I broke it

Today was a Tuesday and in my land of planned and measured training that means today was bike day. I did a couple of things differently today. First, I wore my Vibram Five Fingers while cycling. At first I thought it was a good idea due to how light they were.
Well, they were a good idea until i broke my pedal on my bike.
That's right, broke the pedal. What can I say, I'm kicking my bike's a$$.
So, 40 or so minutes of biking in today, bought some new metal pedals so I don't have to risk breaking them again, and I am feeling really good.
I can't wait to see what Awesome Thursday's weigh in looks like - it seems like after I take Wednesday off something magical happens and I lose extra weight.
PS - Thanks everyone for the supportive notes on my blog yesterday! I felt amazing on my ride today, and I know I'll feel just as amazing on my run Thursday!
