On monday my spouse had a doctors appointment, she was told essentially that she has a large mass on her right side. More tests are to come, I took the day off from work to be with her. It is really tough, not knowing what the future holds for us right now. We are trying to get moved into our first house together and surgery might put a huge damper on that. I am trying to keep my head up, and to keep my health in mind also, as it would only hinder things for me to become ill during this time. Life is precious, and this is the only life we have together. Keeping strong is essential to our survival.

Been in the same situation. Two years ago with my precious daughter. What I learned is to keep a positive attutude and be a sounding board. Your wife is scared and you are her safe place. My thoughts and prayers are with you both.

I will be praying that your wife is healthy and that her mass is nothing major. My sister just had a mass removed from her thyroid and I was happy when they found it to not be cancer! I wish the same for you and your family!
