I'm down 15 pounds!!! It's very exciting. However, stress eating is getting the better of me. I'm so stressed out at work and it is showing in my diet. I eat things I know I shouldn't, and tell myself "Oh, I'll work that off tonight during my workout." I want to be able to handle my stress in a productive and healthy way. I don't want to grab a snickers every time I get stressed out. I'm a work in progress!
