I wanted to blog that I started the Insanity 60 day workouts. It is tough but thanks to Jillian it is doable (sort of at a much slower pace). I am so excited about still being fit despite the extra pounds I piled on in the last year. I see it as a long learning curve.
Just found a great EFT video http://skinnygenesfit.com/ to try and deal with cravings. I honestly went from 8 to 0 in 3 tapping sessions.
I liked the end of the session even though I think this is too good to be true...try it.
I am kind of doing my own thing combining different ways of eating that work for me. I eat clean most of the time and I'm eating 3 meals and 2 snacks instead of fasting for most of the day and alternating between proper eating, starving and binging.
I have to stop dieting and start changing the way I think about food. I need to learn to eat like a skinny person.
Food is not love, food does not solve issues. My scale does not determine who I am and how much stress I have.
Back to Insanity...started talking about it with the guys at work and they didn't believe me that I was able to do any of the workouts...ha ha...that puts me in the category of "serious" exercisers.
