I'm really good when I know what I need to do so I can just knock it off the list so I figured the same approach should work with Sparking.... So daily goals are:
Login & spin too! †
Track Food/Fitness right before/after. Don't procrastinate! †
5 Freggies before any "fun stuff"
8 Water EARLY in the day †
Take Daily Vitamin †
Stay within Ranges
Do the Walk/Jog routine and play with kids often!
In bed by 10pm at the latest (get 8+ hours sleep)
