I have not fallen. I am still here.

This morning I weighed 212 pounds, which means I have gained back 14.
That is the hardest thing for me to write. It is so hard because I haven't felt like this in over a year and a half. The feeling of being lost. The feeling of not knowing what I'm doing. Am I doing the right things? The things that I am eating, can I eat them for the rest of my life? I do know one thing, I do not want to go back to the unhappy person I was before.



So yesterday I decided I would start completely over. I love the spark app, but I decided to download myfitnesspal, just for something different for a while. I want this so bad. I think slowly but surely my mind is going back to the right place. Yesterday was great, today is going even better.

I can do this. We can do this.

  You can do this Michelle! Stay focused on where you're heading, not what's behind you. Build on your new habits one step (even if it's one millimeter) at a time. Be kind to yourself and keep going forward! You are amazing.

    I too have gained back about 10 pounds. it is scary wondering if it will all come back.
I am so glad you are finding your way back from feeling out of control.

    I gained back too girly. I was 164 at one pt.... now im seeing 171 on the scale. Im angry, but im still doing the same flippin stuff. Yesterday i started my day well, i waited to long for lunch and it threw me off, i mean COMPLETELY off tilt for the remainder of the day. sigh....
Its also the week of Tom which doesnt help.... , i always write down my food, and how many pts it is. Yesterday i only went up to lunch....
Today i wrote out my whole day, and i think today im gonna succeed, im AIMING to succeed.
Thats all we can do is TRY, everyday is a new day, we might get knocked down, we may get bloodied up and beaten in the process of the fight, but we WILL win the trophy in the end.

    We can do this. I am on vacation and am doing poorly with food management. My goal is to not put on 5 pounds on this 2- week vacation. What a stupid goal. But, I'm telling you, anything less will be a victory!

    Good Luck! Remember that this journey we are on has no end. If your new app helps you stay on track better that is fantastic. The whole point is that we need to do some sort of tracking and at least in my case, it has to continue for the rest of my life. Accountability requires tracking. emoticon emoticon
