If I keep doing what I was able to do at lunch today . . . if I stop the moment I begin to sense "enough" . . . if I get right up and put the food away . . .
I'm working on this, too. When I was doing the 100 Days of Weight Loss study, she mentioned something that has stuck with me. When eating, watch for the pause. Stop and see if you have had enough. I think I could do this if I do more small meals per day instead of larger meals.
