You're off to a GREAT start! You're positive attitude and determination are obvious throughout this Vlog. If, for some reason you can't swing the gym membership, there are lots of strength training exercise on SP you can do at home. That's what I do and I use dumbbells. So far, it's working out pretty well.
I am a late snacker - tv watcher as well! I find that with kids and a hubby - once they all go to bed I LOVE my "free" time when no one wants anything from me but me! The bad side of this for me is that I use it to veg and snack!!! Now that I think about it I should prob try to reverse this and go to bed early - rise super early and use THAT quiet time to be mine. (But that is not nearly as fun. )
