Getting on Track!!

I NEED to make today be the day I get back on track!! I have fallen and need to get back up!!

I have been so wrapped up in school and other life issues that I have once again fallen to the bottom. Not only that but I have put on a few pounds :-(

Today is the day to turn this around and start being that person I want to be and the person I was loving more and more every day.

    Baby steps. Set small goals and reward yourself (without food) for meeting them. Build one fast break goal at a time: 8 glasses of water, fruits and veggies, whatever works for you. Progress, not perfection!
