I logged all my food from camping this weekend and I think I broke even with the gym Saturday morning and walking Sunday..plus paddle boating! Here is a picture of Azali and I fromt he walk to the creek.

Ok....so that was before bed. Unfortunately, I had a bad night of sleep and slept ate again. I'm going to log what I had before I post my differential. with all of this I had a 1000 calorie differential but let's see what i'm at after I log what I ate in the middle of the night.........which includes about a tbsp of cream cheese, tbsp of hummus, trolli candies and some pita chips. Sigh!

I want a 1400 calorie differential today to make up for being 400 short of goal yesterday. That will mean some hardcore working out!
