I logged all my food from camping this weekend and I think I broke even with the gym Saturday morning and walking Sunday..plus paddle boating! Here is a picture of Azali and I fromt he walk to the creek.

Ok....so that was before bed. Unfortunately, I had a bad night of sleep and slept ate again. I'm going to log what I had before I post my differential. with all of this I had a 1000 calorie differential but let's see what i'm at after I log what I ate in the middle of the night.........which includes about a tbsp of cream cheese, tbsp of hummus, trolli candies and some pita chips. Sigh!

    Sorry for the sleep walking but great job with the food while camping. I loved the pic of you and Azali and also of the puppy hitching a ride in the stroller. How cute!

    I agree with the others that I'm sure you'll still see results with a differential like that - and I know that you are planning a crazy lot of workout time this week, so you need to fuel your body for that too. I love the idea of taking pictures of what you are eating during the day - logging is one thing but this probably gives an even better perspective after the fact. emoticon

    If I wake up in the middle of the night hungry I know I did not eat enough that day. Don't feel bad about it, just eat more. I think a deficit of 625 is fantastic!! To do any more would be starving yourself, but I've been telling you that for years. I know you are losing weight again and I don't want to get in the way of that, but honestly sweetie a calorie deficit of 500 per day is really all you need to lose weight. That is of course IMO. Your health is really none of my business.

    I love that picture of you and Azali and I love that you are looking forward to today and not beating yourself up about last night. Stress can do so many things to us. You are doing fabulous, I am so proud of you!!
