I have to admit my fitness and nutrition routine was on auto pilot. So I am taking full advantage of my teams summer challenges. It is a great way to stay motivated

This Saturday is my 28th wedding anniversary

and to celebrate hubby and I are doing a

I am not your typical flowers and fancy restaurant kind of wife...so I am looking forward to this fun way of celebrating. We strictly walk...which is so sweet of my husband. I thought I could try jogging again, but I have low back issues due to spinal meningitis years ago. So he happily walks at my pace

which given the fact he has always been very athletic and competitive is quite a sacrifice!!
