I'm finding that it's a challenge to get to that next goal but I'm still on board and plan to reach it. I know 15 pounds is a ways off but it will come off with the right work and determination. I'm certified kettlebell instructor now so I teach about once or so a week which makes it a lot of fun. I have been really trying to come up with challenging workouts that are about results. I love my kettlebells, there is so much you can do you should never get bored. I am trying to get more strength in because I want my definition back and I know I can get there. It may take a bit but it's doable, this all is with the right amount of work. I have found veggies are the key to losing but I also don't have a love of all vegetables. It's a process that's for sure. There are just some days I don't want to eat all those veggies. I have a juicer but it was missing one piece so as soon as that arrives I'm going to give juicing a try. The more juices the better and hopefully I will see even more results. I have a goal and I want to get there. Now it's just a matter of making it happen.
