Irony? Anyone? I love, love, love what Spark is and what it has done for so many people. But every once in a while it seems like they forget their mission to spread TRUTHS about health and fitness, rather than playing the same nonsense games as the magazines in the grocery checkout line.
Seriously, who in the world is going to workout 15 minutes per week and magically wake up bikini-ready? And by Labor Day, no less! 15 minutes is a great place to start if you're easing yourself into exercise. I applaud your 15 minutes! But it's simply not a formula for being svelte in no time. In fact, there really is no formula for being svelte in no time...a fact SP has helped so many people by making a point to reinforce. Why, then, the misleading claim now?!
