Monday - Week 5, Day 1 5K to 10K
It was after 10pm when I got done with this, but I finished it. I did this on the treadmill. The shaking caused a waterglobe of mine to fall off of the piano and break while I was on the treadmill, so I had to take a short break in the middle of the workout to help my husband pick up the glass.
Taking out the little break, I did 4.46 miles in 55 minutes. Much better than the 4.31 miles from last week on the same program. I must be getting better and my lungs must like me better.
I was a little (like 200 or less) short on my calories for the day.
All in all a pretty good day.
