I learned something new about the SP nutrition tracker!

ON the circle graph (CALORIES BY FOOD) of the foods eaten today, rolling over each color tells you the % of
the daily total for that food.

Each color of the graph represents one food item.

There is a list of foods next to the circle graph but I never even used to look at that.
rolling over the circle graph sections and having the food name and % pop up is very powerful and easy to understand.

    I love the trackers. They make me be accountable for what I do. The reports act as a visual aid and I find it very helpful.

    I love the graphs, % of calories from individual foods, from food groups, and have you had a look at the daily spreadsheet???? Wow! I print these out and take to Dr. appointments with me. Lets me see where I am doing well and where I am slipping. SparkPeople is full of information.
