... I did squats, overhead presses and bent over barbell rows. Barbell rows were the hardest. Can't really figure out why, may be I am not doing it the right way? I need to check it. It may be just that my back and arms are too weak too. Overall, it is going well. I am hoping that my body fat percentage drops at some point.
