Thanks to my previous blog post plan and the encouragement and support from all you Sparkers out there, I am having a very good week.
Tracking ALL foods eaten, usually before the meal occurs
Fitting in workouts every day
Yesterday, I only *made* time for an evening walk around the neighborhood. Today, however, I am proud of myself for working out hard despite the 90 degree heat and my general Monday malaise. I went down into our rec room and did all ten of my tae kwon do forms (some twice) and most of my kicking combinations. I also did 100 roundhouse kicks, 100 front kicks, and 70 back kicks on the bag, along with 300 punches. It felt great! But it wasn't the physical part that I am proud of; it's getting off my butt even when I had no desire to move.
