Went out to lunch with my boys today. Planned ahead for it by working out in the morning, a walk/run for a mile and then I did a kettle ball workout DVD with a friend. A bit sore but happy! I planned ahead to have a cup of chicken soup with veggies and ceasar side salad. I ate a few bites of dessert we all shared. Hope I can keep this up, really sore, but feeling good. Have energy and anxious to see the pounds go away!
