Plans for the BLC break

Monday, July 16, 2012

My overall plan is to stay active on the boards and active in my life!

For spark, I am an assistant leader for the shooting stars, and we are in the middle of a round, so that will help keep me honest. I plan to participate in the interim SAC.

For non-challenge accountability, I am getting involved with a group here doing the Beck diet plan. I also plan to WIN every wednesday with my BLC19 team and keep myself accountable there as well.

For real world activity, I am seeing my personal trainer twice a week over the summer - which will help in and of itself. I am also training for a half marathon in december, with 3-5 races planned between now and then (one of which is an indoor sprint triathlon!). Keeping up with my training for all this will keep me extremely active physically for the next two months.

As for food, I am going to plan to track 5 out of 7 days a week, and keep calories in range on those days. This seems to be working for me right now so I will stick with it. I do have a couple of trips planned (one business, one personal), and will plan my food as best possible prior to each trip.

All in all, I am feeling good about the break between rounds and hope to be in the low 180's by the time BLC20 starts!
