4 MILES A DAY :) STARTING STRONG!!

So Saturday I did the 1 mile Walk Away the Pounds Video 2 times so I did 2 miles. Sunday I decided it was time to move up to the 2 mile Walk Away The Pounds Video--It was AWESOME!! I loved the workout. It was more intense cause the 2 miles was all at once. I actually did it 2 times for a total of 4 miles walked
Today, I figured out that my walk to school every morning is 1 mile there and 1 mile back. I also during lunch walked to Safeway which is a mile there uphill and a mile back. I got some Lean Pockets & Yoplait light Yogurt. So by the time I get home from school, I will have already walked 4 miles for a total of 432 calories burned
I am so very proud of myself for sticking with it. I have been logging in all my food and drinking more water. My body feels absolutely wonderful. I have no aches and pains and my muscles are not even sore. Its amazing. My goal is to walk 4 miles every single day and stick within my food ranges and before I know it, I will be my goal weight. I can do it!! Today is an awesome progressive day!!
