Biggest Loser Break Plan

Well, I never really try to take a break. That would be bad for me. I still weigh in weekly and keep up the exercise routine.
This time I have joined SAC and my teams in between challenge teams. That should keep me good and on track. I hate letting any team mates down.
I am starting a new ST program tonight with my hubby. It is so much better to have a workout partner and push each other.
I still have my goal of being in Onederland for the start of the next BL round in September. Hopefully by then, I will have my feet firmly planted there!! Then it's only down from there!!!
