Week 1: Kickstart

Something I realize that I do (and I see it a lot in others) is make a whole lot of big goals right at the beginning. Then when I slip up, I get discouraged and give up. So the first week, I'm going to start small.

Weekly Challenge: Do at least 15 minutes of exercise every day this week.

I want to just get into the rhythm of it and start making exercise a priority and a habit. Osteoporosis is a big thing in my family (My aunt and dad both have the beginning stages of it) and exercise is one big thing that can prevent it for me.

Bible verse of the week: "So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." 1 Corinthians 10:31

I hope everyone else is successful this week and keep up the good work!

Beginning weight: 198 (ouch! That's the highest I've ever been)
