Did not blog yesterday so I will be covering 2 days of both my accomplishments & Q&A.

I weighed in yesterday and maintained. Yes it is better then a gain so I will take it BUT I do not understand WHY I did not lose. I spent some time gaining some weight back (28 lbs) so I KNOW I have alot of weight to lose, so it's not a plateau, last 10 lbs thing any more! ( I was there once not to long ago and oh how I miss it). ONLY difference is I started having a splurge meal a week this past week. It is only ONE meal. Either lunch or dinner. Last week was lunch and YESTERDAY was dinner (rice balls). I worked my butt off though everyday for the week though so I do not get it. I do not know if it is the splurge meal or something ELSE I may be doing wrong. I lost no inches either. Week before that I was spot on with calories (one splurge meal had not started) & I did NO CARDIO or ANYTHING whatsoever and lost 4 lbs.

I am just hoping my body will let go....

I ran for 1 hour today and...ONCE AGAIN ANOTHER successful run! My long run was successful and so was today. I had no issues and ran the whole thing. ONLY difference between these past 2 runs and all the runs I have been having severe difficulty with is the WEATHER! When I have my issues/problems it is in 90+ degree weather. Past 2 runs weather has been 75-78 degrees & 60-76% humidity (which seems to not bother me). It is the friggin HEAT!!!! I just have to be ok with running when it is hot.

My accomplishments for Saturday 7-14 were:

emoticon Stayed in calorie range.
emoticon Blogged.
emoticon Core ST'ing.
emoticon Got sticker for the day.
emoticon Drank 17 8-oz cups of water.

My accomplishments for yesterday 7-15 were:

emoticon 23 mins of JM iFit workout. Week 2 day 2 (#5).
emoticon 45 mins walking outside.
emoticon Answered Day 10/30 of 30 things about me.
emoticon Stayed in calorie range.
emoticon Got sticker for the day.
emoticon Drank 17 8-oz cups of water.

Saturdays Q&A....

Day 10/30: Describe your most embarrassing moment.

I thought about this for the past couple hours and frankly I do not have ONE. I do not get embarrassed. Embarrassed TO ME is when you do something that you can't laugh at yourself about at the moment. So frankly anything I do I can laugh at. Whether intentional or not. I have no problem making a fool out of myself because I know I am confident in my personality & am a goofball. :-P

Now for today's Q&A.....

Day 11/30: Describe 10 pet peeves you have.

1. Lying. If you have to lie to cover up something you did then you should not be doing it in the 1rst place. Step up, and grow a set.
2. Cheating. Plain out and simple ..if you are not happy with something/someone and/or don't want to be with just one person or whatever else the EXCUSES are then be a MAN/WOMEN about it and BREAK UP with the person. There should be NO REASON you need to cheat. Once again, GROW UP and GROW A SET.
3. Stealing. If you want something WORK FOR IT. If it is something you can not afford and don't think you will ever be able to get, then guess what? YOU DON'T NEED IT.
4. Not answering when your spoke to. Oh geez, nothing makes me want to punch you in the face more then you staring at me like a deer in headlights or not even acknowledging that you heard someone. Are you deaf or dumb?! If you don't know the answer say SOMETHING such as..I do not have an answer for you at this moment but give me a few seconds & I will.
5. Lights on when your not in the room. What reason do you have to leave them on? If you have THAT much $ that you can afford to leave lights on all day then throw some my way or better yet feed the homeless. Especially if it is MY ELECTRICITY your wasting.
6. Saying "yeah". Oh I do not like this. If I ask you something don't answer with "yeeaahh" you sound so UN-intellegient. Have some respect and say YES.
7. Farting when you really don't have to! I mean if you have to PUSH it out then it was not ready to come out. Have some manners. No need to grunt, push, & lean over. That even means you have some time to get up and WALK AWAY if you have to PUSH it out.
8. No manners. Seriously? When someone does something for you say please, and thank you. As well as MOSTLY if you need to get by me, don't push your way through or expect me to know you have to get by, say EXCUSE ME. If not I will just stare at you and not move. I will even tell you excuse me would be nice or you can go around. RESPECT people!
9. Lazy people. I do not care what you do, or how much you do there is always someone who is doing more. So if stuff HAS to be done...GET UP AND DO IT! Do not blame it on your weight, or this or that. EVERY LITTLE STEP counts. Stop being lazy & turn off the damn tv & do SOMETHING.
10. Ignorant people. You are no better then anyone else. You may have more money, you may have more success, blah blah blah but guess what your blood bleeds red like everyone elses. So stop being so ignorant!

    The hear really gets to me also and I don't run nearly as far as you do. Our humidity tends to be in the 80's or higher...it makes the air so heavy.

    I thought that the hot weather might be the culprit! Glad to read that today's run went well!
I loved your listing of pet peeves, you sound extremely down to earth, just like my wife!
