I weighed in this morning and found I'd only lost 1/2 pound. I'm rather concerned, as I know (yes, I've been down this road before) that I usually lose big in the first few weeks, then taper off. I know that I wasn't able to exercise for a few days (road trip) and I didn't record much of what I ate during the trip -- but I also know that what I ate wasn't excessive or unhealthy.
Redoubling my efforts this week. I've got a meeting with a personal trainer this afternoon (!) and I'm keeping an especially sharp eye on my salt intake -- the edema is still very bad.
