soups on for breakfast

Since I have been having intestinal problems, I have returned to a low residue diet and that means no wheat, clear liquids and I add in some easily digestible veggies and fruits.
In the morning I have bouillon for breakfast, one of my favorites is Veitnamese beef soup that I make from scratch. I never thought I could make soup, but for this stock, all you need is to know where is the butcher. If you can boil water you can make soup.
So this is day four of soup and I am noticing it is hard to make my workouts as I used to. I am supplementing honey to tay in carb range, but I fall short on protein and fat. I bought some tofu to address the protein, but I am leery of what fat will do to my digestion.
So, I dont mind losing the intensity of my exercise if it means I can avoid the cramping and bloating and gas, and the other stuff.
Lab results could be back today. Fingers crossed. On my way to the gastro MD.
