Well I enjoyed my week off and very happy to be back to work and back to my routine. I even let go of my blogging for a bit - first blog since last Wednesday for me... but it was a necessary retreat.
Sometimes we have to take a 'break' to appreciate the normalcy of a healthy routine and that's where I sit today. With my time off, I did not have a set routine, enjoyed some outings, spent time with friends, and allowed myself some indulgences but I'm back to program today!
I also ordered the Chalean Extreme program which I'm very anxious to receive and get going on. I love Chalene Johnson and her Turbo Jam series and her energy - so I am sure I'll enjoy this new program as it focuses on the ST component that I need to rev up!
Today mark's the half way point to the month of July ... and as I near my 6 year SP anniversary on the 31st, I want to be posting about my successes in summary over the years... need to figure out maybe how to do one of those cool slide show/video vlogs... Will be researching the 'how to' get that ready for the end of this month.
I have not weighed in and won't be until the end of the month. I am hoping the heat will break soon so that I can stomach doing things again - it's been incredibly warm and with no AC at home, I've been suffering.
So here's to the other half of July being a great one!
