This is week 3 Stats and I am definitely two weeks behind in the weight loss department.
Wt : 166.00 (should be 164.3). Why on earth isn't my body responding to my mental commands.
Here are some of them. Salty snacks after a long stressful day.
No strength training. Less than 60 min of cardio-exercises on most days and being lazy.
The only redeeming fact is that all my blood parameters are in the normal range except for TSH which I think is border line even though the doctor says it is normal for PEI residents (Normal range is 3.5-4.5) and mine was 4.47. I will have to keep an eye on it.
To catch up I will have to up my exercises and stay away from salty nuts and crackers as well as limit bread to a minimum.
Summer should be a great season to lose weight but it does not seem to work for many of us and this is because of many BBQS, family reunions, vacations and the list is endless and so are distractions.
These are still excuses because in any situations we are responsible for our actions and our responses to the food spread before us. Let us make good choices most of the time and have treats once in a while.
This week I am going to try and redeem one lost week which means I have to lose 2.1 lbs. (goal weight: 163.9).
Go BB we can do it.
