Ahhhhhhhhhhhh! Help!

Sorry that was dramatic. I need you guys' help! I am in a wedding in the beginning of September and would love to shed about 10 pounds. I really was wondering what tips you guys had out there to curb cravings and ideas for healthy lunches I could eat in the cafeteria besides salad. I have a tendency to get bored with things quickly, but like to know my options. I also would love some healthy snack ideas besides fruit because honestly, the fruit here is never ripe, and the only fruit I eat is usually what I have at home. Also, I am so busy and wondered how everyone keeps theirselves exercising. I work out for 1.5 hours on Tuesdays, but other than that, don't seem to prioritize working out very well. I am by no means trying to crash diet, but I would love to slim down a little by then. Any motivational tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!

    Uhuh, I've never try to lose 10lbs in healthy way - last time I did lose that much or more, I was having stressful moments, could barely eat so that's not a good idea.

But I can say something about exercises in busy life :D If you have barely time to get your normal workout time, say 1 hour, split your workouts in several short sessions throughout the day, squeeze in exercises! Try do exercises 1st thing in morning as you might make more excuses to not do workouts as the day passes. And short high intense exercise like Tabata also good for someone with busy schedule. I suggest you do Quickies/short sessions of exercises during workdays/expected busy days and longer medium intensity on weekends/less busy days.

You also must get good quality rest time as it also affected weight loss! Don't skip sleep, try to keep same sleep schedule, for example, sleep at 10pm and wake up 5am, don't stray too much from that sleep pattern.

How about get dried fruit or fresh fruit juices as snacks if you can't find fresh ripe fruits? Try find healthy snacks in SP Recipe, I'm sure there's something there that you can get for your needs. Drink lots and lots before you choose munching anything unhealthy. Avoid those desserts, sweets and for me, I always choose dark chocolate for my chocolate cravings but always small portion per day, not big portion every two days as it might make my craving much higher and unrestrained!
