Sorry that was dramatic. I need you guys' help! I am in a wedding in the beginning of September and would love to shed about 10 pounds. I really was wondering what tips you guys had out there to curb cravings and ideas for healthy lunches I could eat in the cafeteria besides salad. I have a tendency to get bored with things quickly, but like to know my options. I also would love some healthy snack ideas besides fruit because honestly, the fruit here is never ripe, and the only fruit I eat is usually what I have at home. Also, I am so busy and wondered how everyone keeps theirselves exercising. I work out for 1.5 hours on Tuesdays, but other than that, don't seem to prioritize working out very well. I am by no means trying to crash diet, but I would love to slim down a little by then. Any motivational tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!
