The first week, I am pumped with energy for sure. Have been exercising about 30-40 minutes per day, jogging, lifting-weights, walking, some aerobics ...how much weight I have lost? Basically, none...arghhhhh! Of course, I shouldn't expect to lose weight over night, when they were gained, over a number of careless days in sinful indulgence splurging on, desserts; cheesecakes, chocolates, pizzas, fries...*sigh*.
Got to feel the burn and need to challenge myself more.
This week diet change combination:
No *sinful indulgences*
Lots of Vegetables and Fruits
Continue drinking lots of water.
