Did good, but...

Yesterday was excellent healthwise... I did bike with the dog, I ate three blanced meals, I drank my water , slept well, performed well at theatre... but...

..I do have a creeping anxiety and on my way back from theatre I was feeliing low. Thought it was because of some snipe remarks but not really.

It is because I have these two bills to pay that I should have done last week. I am not sure if they are overdue today and instead of paying them as soon as I got home yesterday, I fell asleep. Before I do that I will not feel ok. So - today´s most important thinkg is to PAY THOSE BILLS!

    Eat that frog! I read a book on overcoming procrastination titled Eat That Frog (of course I did not finish the book). The main thing I remember is to get your biggest chores over with first thing...so eat that frog and pay those bills. And snide remarks could also cause stress, but it is probably the bills like you think. Your day did sound like a good day. I'm ready for one.

    I sometimes think that my greatest achievement in life is deferring paperwork until it's almost too late - or indeed TOO late sometimes. 'Just do it' is what I write on the reminder board at the end of my bed so it's the first thing I see when I wake up - not saying it ALWAYS works but it does give me a final nudge.

Sounds like you had a good day yesterday - perhaps I could say 'Don't spoil it' by missing out on the bill paying?
