I'm angry all the time and I've not been working out.
I don't know what to do really.
I say I do but I really don't.
Everyone hurts my feelings and I feel like I'm invisible. I feel like complaining makes me some sort of whiny loser but I don't know what to do...
How can things be getting better when I still feel miserable all the time?
