My short term goals are daily improve on my dash diet and stretch foodstamp money. I went to the grocery store today and got most of everything on my list. I found carrot juice blak currant juice both good for hmp and poedered peanutbutter. Made list for next week. As i told my roommate the more i stich to my dash diet my weight and hbp go down. When we can find a free day roommate day off and free of rain i still need to go home and get stuff. My exercise has been cleaning and organizing my stuff so i can make room for more stuff. I am workimg on adding more fruits and veggies to my diet. I lilke guacamole now and i made small simple meals. Also trying to add more fresh food. I bought blue apples to help keep fruit and veggies fresh. Trying not to order too much from amazon. Finding my old clothes are starting to fit again yea.
