Back on track

Well, its been a while, and it shows. I gained half of the weight back. I really need to keep logging everything I eat even if it gets old. Otherwise I gain about a pound a week despite the exercise.

    I hear you!!!! I have gained a lot of weight back too and I know that I have to track my food and exercise. Together we can do this!!

    I have the same problem! I gained back nearly 20lbs over the winter and need to get back on track. What got you off track in the first place? How motivated are you to start / keep going?
