I have had a lovely weekend spent with my family celebrating DH's birthday and attending a bridal shower for one of my nieces. My calories exceeded my range both days but not by too much. I enjoyed all the food I ate and would do it again. Tomorrow starts a new week and I will get back to normal. Right now I will do some sparking. I have been really busy and have not spent as much time on SP as I normally would. I have been out of touch with most of my SP friends and rather than try to catch up will start over starting now. If I have missed anything wonderful, I am sorry I was not there to cheer you on. If I have missed something not wonderful, please forgive me and hopefully I will be there for you next time.
I did lose 1 pound this week and have done well with my exercise. I should be on track to meet my exercise minutes this month. I need to get back to preplanning my weekly menu's. I have gotten away from that recently. It is a good habit and I should do it again. So how did I do with this weeks goals? Thankfully I had not set ambitious goals for this week.
1 ST on MWF
2 30 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes on the elliptical on MWF
3. Walk or Walk/Jog 5 K on Th/Sat. Already did it on Sun/Tue.
Saturday Morning was rainy so I did not walk, then I got busy and did not do any exercise other than some Triceps ST and 2 reverse planks. So goal was not met.
4. DD gets a week off from cooking lessons since she is spending the week as a Junior counselor with a cooking camp.
I will do better next week.
