As part of the biggest loser #15 challenge we were suppose to make up monthly And weekly goals.
My monthly goals:
weight loss goal:
Lose 10 pounds this month
My fitness goal:
Walk at least 5 days a week.
Keep my carbs under 50 a day only from veggies and fruit no grains.
Go Beach bunny's.
My weekly goals for week 3 are:
Walk everyday this week for at least thirty minutes, two times for a hour.
Eat on plan everyday.
Only weigh myself twice this week.
Choose a strength training program and start it.
Do at least 4 interval training workouts this week.
3 cardio workouts 30 min.
2 HIIT workouts.
Stretch or yoga 5 days this week ( 20 min)
Non health goals:
Vacuum every second day
Wash kitchen floor twice this week
Wash bathroom floor twice this week.
