Friday night: I'm at the YMCA and these guys have their bars loaded with a total of about 225 lbs and proceeded to backsquat.. they squatted like 3 inches.. Ha! Even I can do better than that (not at 225 lbs though).. then they started deadlifts and I just had to leave the area..
My youngest daughter started Crossfit on Saturday.. SO cute! Then we went to a canival.. She caught a bird..

, got dunked and had some fun..
I came across one of those games where you hit the thing with a sledge hammer and try to ring the bell..

I was the only woman to get above 9 let alone hit the bell. :) Even most of the men missed it.
I feel like I should have my crossfit gym's business cards with me to hand out..
(I was soooooooooo proud of myself for ringing that bell. I really wanted to go up to random strangers.. well.. actually.. I would have liked to brag to each of them.. one by one)
Today I was at the box and I PR'd my 20 rep backsquat at 85. The second lowest did hers at 115, I think.. So just how mortal I am was reinforced.. *sigh*
Keeps my ego in check I guess, eh?
