I had a Caramel Frappaccino for Breakfast!!

I love my life!! It was 300 Calories of pure HEALTHINESS!! My chocolate smoothie minus the cocoa with a half a cup of pitted dates [to give it a CARAMEL FLAVORING] added to it and about a cup of coffee instead of water... I ran out of milk so I figured I would through my coffee into my smoothie this morning... I may never turn back!!
For one... my coffee was the one thing I wasn't willing to shift on... one coffee per day, with one sugar and about a quarter of a cup of milk... I don't like sweetener in it, no compromising on this one... until today!! LOL
So the ingredients were two handfuls of spinach, maybe 3/4 cup of frozen banana slices, one cup of frozen watermelon chunks, 1/2 cup of pitted dates, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup of coffee black... and a bit more water until I got the right consistency... That makes roughly two servings... one I have for breakfast... the other I pour into my popsicle makers for snacks throughout the hot weather!
