I just can't have temptation in the house. All of these things are current gateway foods to a downward spiral of calories and regret:
cream puffs (my husband craved them)
chips (organic, so my brain thought, "they're good for you!" No so much)
fat free whipped cream (only 10 calories per serving, at 10 servings per shot, I've maxed out and gone over too easily)
organic mac and cheese (for the kids on those days when I'm just too crazy to cook, and I have more than one serving)
I am stronger than all of these things. I am a mom, wife, teacher, and general contractor. I CAN DO THIS!
