this is a recurring theme for me. It seems that once I start eating I can't stop. this is the reason I don't have peanut butter in the house. Once started can't stop. So, I decided to just eat 3 meals, and one snack. And the snack has to be one thing. such as a ounce of cheese. Protein holds me longer. And that is it. No snacking unless I am hungry. food is an addiction. You can stop smoking, you don't need to smoke to live. You can stop drinking, don't need to drink to live. But eating, you stop eating and you are dead. I will see what how this works out. I am going back t my pedometer to encourage movement. i will also blog daily to h old myself accountable for my actions.
