Day 8 (Week 1)

So... Um. I sort of forgot that I was Sparking yesterday. I have a bunch of excuses as to why I didn't but I'm just going to say I didn't pay attention and leave it at that.
Weekly round up:
Calories: I was in range 4/7 days. Not bad. I can certainly improve there.
Exercise: weight training - 2/3, cardio - 2/3. Considering I wasn't really planning to get in any exercise the fact that I got this much in makes me happy. I should have gotten more, but I did do 100% more than I had been.
Water: 4/7 days. This is the one I should have done much better with. This is the easy one.
All in all, not a bad week. There's room for improvement but I can make these changes. I don't have to do it all at once, I just have to do it.
