What a tough week!
I had a health scare, and a visit to the dr. That requires a weigh in at the dr, I am still in wonderland.
I am dealing with a dead washing machine, I spent most of yesterday at the laundromat.
I had anxiety last night, my Mom told me I was borrowing trouble. And, I have jury duty on Tuesday. Did I ever tell you? Jury duty is what got me started on my weight gain journey. I'm not falling prey to donuts or bagels again. Forget it.
I did get to go to the movies. We saw 'Ice Age: Continental Drift' and 'Brave'. They were a lot of fun. I needed a
Here is my fat loss plan for the next week:
1. Weigh my eats
2. Log my eats
3. Eat within my calorie range.
4. Cardio before breakfast
5. Yoga or meditation before bed.
Here is my tentative rotation for the next week:
